MED Lab

Learn with your team about cocktails. But beware! It is not something simple ... you will find yourself immersed in an eco-laboratory of sustainable Mediterranean cocktails! Seaweed gin, snacks and homemade syrups or spices such as rosemary, basil, thyme from aquaponic production are some of the things you will find in this eco-workshop. Forget about plastic and learn how to prepare cocktails with recycled material and utensils that you will also find in your kitchen! We will divide the group into different teams, each one will make two cocktails with the recipes of our bartender. Once finished, you will be ready to give way to creativity and challenge the other teams with a recipe invented by you. BEWARE! Everything has a score! The best cocktails and the most creative team will win a prize. You will have to bear in mind that the presentation is very important, especially because you will have to decorate with a Mediterranean style with fishing nets and other materials rescued from the cleaning of our sea! Let's toast the winners and set sail on our boat to enjoy the sunset.
