In compliance with the provisions of article 11 of Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights (hereinafter, LOPDGDD), MED informs you that the personal data provided during your navigation and/or through the completion of the forms on the WEBSITE will be processed by MED, which has the PURPOSE of managing the services offered. We process the information provided by you as a customer and by the contact persons involved in the business relationship during its validity period in order to maintain the contractual and commercial relationship, carry out administrative tasks related to said services, and offer you an optimal and quality service through the WEBSITE and/or as indicated in the data protection clause located next to the form you have just completed.


HOW DO WE USE YOUR DATA?

At MED, we process the information provided by our clients in order to provide the requested services. For example, to manage boat reservations and/or payments for contracted experiences.

We use the information we have, according to your decisions, to provide you with a quality service and to ensure its operation. The information provided will also serve you to access and use our WEBSITE and to provide you with information about the products and services you wish.

MED may have a presence on social networks. The processing of data carried out on the individuals who become followers on the social networks of MED's official pages will be governed by this section. As well as by the terms of use, privacy policies, and access regulations belonging to the respective social network, previously accepted by the MED user. We will process your data for the purposes of properly managing your presence on the social network, informing you about activities, products, or services of MED, as well as for any other purpose permitted by the social network regulations. Under no circumstances will we use follower profiles on social networks to send individual advertising.

By checking and accepting the corresponding box for commercial communications, the user expressly consents to MED sending a newsletter (information bulletin) with updates, marketing messages, advertising, and/or information related to our entity, the services we provide, and/or our products, in addition to informing you about our policies and conditions. MED does not endorse the practice of "spamming." This term means the mass and repeated sending of unsolicited emails, typically of a commercial nature, to individuals with whom the sender has had no previous contact or who have expressed their desire not to receive such messages.

The data collected will not be processed in a manner incompatible with the indicated purposes.


WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

We collect the information you provide when browsing our WEBSITE, specifically the identification and registration data included in forms or data and messages that you communicate to us through them. The RESPONSE to the forms presented to receive information on the services offered by MED, as well as any other questionnaire that may be provided in the future, is entirely optional. However, the refusal of the customer or user to provide certain data may prevent the provision of the services offered by MED.
